These Terms govern your use of InvaderHunter, provided by App N Go.
1. License
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use, subject to Apple usage rules.
2. In-App Purchases
- Non-consumable purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit.
- Pricing, billing, taxes, and refunds are handled under Apple policies.
- Restore Purchases is available for eligible entitlements.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer the app (except as legally allowed), interfere with operation/security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
4. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. Map, route, and import outputs may be inaccurate.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited as allowed by law.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France with disputes handled in Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
